hey guys, I'm on week 4 of 750mg test cyp, 600mg eq (frontloaded with double the doses for the first week). I just recently started 50mg of Dbol this week (week 4).

I do one 25mg tab when i wake up, and one an hour before i go to the gym (i workout at 10:30pm, so i take this at 9-9:30).

Would taking dbol too late be keeping me up or is it all in my head?

Dbol gives me insomnia problems. I had 4 hours sleep last night. Apart from strong script meds I don't know any way to remedy the problem. Intense exhausting workouts and fapping don't make any difference. (shrug)

Not sure if its the dbol, but GABA and melatonin really help a lot........Tryptophan also works well......
Sleep aid by Trueprotein i find is amazing for this......

I used to take my dbol 30 mg at 7-8 pm and sleep like a baby at about 11pm.

Im not saying its not the dbol but i have had a lot of problems with sleep and cycles make it much worse.

Remember this advice as it has been the best thing someone has ever told me.

Mind-->thoughts--->actions (physical)---->behaviour

so your about to sleep. Your saying to yourself i cant sleep because of this whatever. Your thoughts get you all riled up phsyically then you actually cant sleep because your not relaxed. Then your behaviour of not being able to sleep is a reality.

I no it sounds gay but its very tru your mind is powerful and controls the way you act and feel. So when your about to sleep wind down and relax. Breath deep. Do not think about anything or your mind will race. Get comfortable and as soon as you no it its the next morning.

balls..its almost counter-productive....do more AAS to grow a lil more and you end up not sleeping to grow...it better ballance itself out..lol

IW is def right about those supps.

Melatonin at 6mg helped me slightly.

GABA im taking now really gets me relaxed and i have excellent deep sleeps with fewer waking during the night.

GABA and if your not dieting some carbs (potatoes, rice, whatever) make me sleep like a baby...

I no how you feel and to make matters worse sleep (rest) is even more important on cycle because it is one of the factors that strongly influences your muscle gains. But dont sweat it man the worse you could do is overthink it because it will become a larger problem.

HAHAHAh Tiramisu i know what your saying but really if you do a dbol cycle with your test dont you feel like the strength gains it gives you can make you lift heavier and translate into more gains.

Physically its just water weight while on that you lose but i could lift heavier and feel like that extra resistance made me gain more muscle. I dont no maybe im living in a fantasy world tho.hahaha

I agree, it is included in one of the most common stacks of all time for a reason.....Maybe some guys get crap d-bol, but when you get the real deal, im big, and pretty hard, and stronger than ever, gets scary at times...One day i press 365, the next week 385, then a couple weeks later 405, i just have to make sure not to go to crazy on upping the weights for fear of injury...Definitely makes your strength go up, and after strength comes muscle......i personally run longer than some, and at a moderate dose, as opposed to short and hi dosed as well, but i dont recommend it to others when i post, ive done many trials with it, and have it down like charlie brown.... (its a personal choice), i get tonnes of bloodwork etc.....:)

I like dbol in short bursts. It doesn't like me very much, high bp. Yes it works but it's not a drug I'd give up sleep over.

I've had similar issues with using A-50. The best cocktail I came up with was, 4-6 melatonin, 3 ZMA, and 100mg 5 HTP. I slept like a baby.

All these OC supplements are slight relaxers at best. If you can't control your mind, you still won't sleep. One method is simply practice long slow breathing, pausing after a long exhale for about two seconds before inhaling. You can count to five or more slowly on the inhale and the same on the exhale.

IF that doesn't do it, you are in Canada, so you can get zoppies (zopiclone (http://bodyandhealth.canada.com/drug_info_details.asp?brand_name_id=366&rot=4)) from your doctor. Amazing relaxers, amazing sleep, but should not be used every night.

I have used zoppies, they make u sleep like a baby.... But i would just try the natural supps first, and the breathing method too like Solo said. Then try some zopiclone if still needed.

lol....Try tryptophan, and melatonin and GABA, far stronger than slight relaxers....Im talking lights out see ya in the am, unless you have to pee like me, you sleep walk to toilet and pee and think it was a dream...stay away from the pharmaceutical crap......:)

zopiclone plus a sleep-eze bare minimum every night for me while I'm moderate carb with cardio & heavy workouts.

If I'm not exercising and eating high glycemic carbs (like x-mas) (more than anyone needs) I need no sleep aid at all.......

man i wish you luck.... i've had sleeping problems just about my whole cycle now. ****ing SUCKS. i've tried all sorts of natural sleep aids... nothing helps me. fell asleep around 8:30am this morning... got up at 3:30pm.... it's great.

well kloan, this is the first time i've had troubles with sleep. I've done tren ace, deca, test and had no problems.

The only variables that have changed this time around is i'm doing eq (no anxiety sides) and im doing d-bol for the first time.

I messed up and got 25mg caps instead of 10mg, so im doing 50mgs a day (1 when i wake up, 1 an hour before i work out)

I work out at 11pm.

tonight im going to try solo's breathing relaxation tips, after i nail the wife.

agree, this will relax your mind and body and you will be out cold before you even realize it

over training can really fuk up your sleep hardcore too. if youre going to be going at it really hard you better be eatting a lot to recover properly IMO.
