I can't believe how stupid some cops are. Do the stupid ones pair up? A ****ing monkey could follow the procedures for a proper arrest.

I dont think the problem was with how they arrested him. The problem is with how they questioned him in an unrelated matter, then used information he was unaware of against him in a completely unrelated matter without him knowing. They also "violated his rights" by even questioning him in the first place and not letting him walk away when they knew he wasnt the drunk.

Just goes to show how stupid our criminal justice system is, as much as I dont agree with them limiting our rights as far as AAS use, they should be able to use the evidense they had in this case regardless of how they got it, hes so obviously guilty.

You should probably read a book or two on criminal procedure.

They make laws to protect people for a reason....If you're going to crack down on these drugs that are completely disrupting society then they should go about it right. Now they look like a bunch of dummies because they couldn't follow procedure....Still to this day I don't get why they would be wasting so much time and effort on these drugs. You don't see to many steroid addicts that rob to support a habit and end up in jail. You often see heroin, meth, and crack addicts in this situation....This gets me going every time I see them wasting resources on juice when a lot of cops do it.

For real. I'm certainly curious why they bother.

Free gear.

i had an rcmp officer steal a bottle of real winstrol-V from me years ago. long story short, he searched my things outside of my view and when he returned them to me he gave a big smile and said 'it's all there', lol.

to this day i don't believe i've actually ever seen a retarded monkey. i know it's been used for years as a comparison to illustrate just how simple something can be, though i never really thought about it... what exactly is a retarded monkey, and where can i find one? seems like these retarded monkeys are capable of a lot of trivial tasks.. perhaps i can get one to do some housework.

NOt at all, I just understand that when push comes to shove, everyone is out for themselves and thats all. If that person is gonna be taken away from the people they love and all they gotta do is out some dude he never met or someone that supplies him, I think the choice is obvious for most people. It isnt like the streets where you rat and you die, here is you rat and you get chastised on the internet by strangers.

I don't really see the difference.
If its on the street or on the net, its still ratting to save your own skin and your name is still out there..... its not like someone isn't gonna be pissed, or they couldn't find you if they had to.

Can't help but notice that this case involved a lot less AAS than other cases I've seen where the prosecution didn't go after trafficking charges..... The guy bringing in 30k tabs from Turkey comes to mind. He got a 1k fine.....go figure.

I really think you should see how much $$$ was involved in the illusion case, and keep in mind that it was very small compared to some operations.
He was just a small time guy with no real criminal IQ, just a BB that got in over his head.

You can get everything you need to make a vial of test for under $5, including raws, and you think the profit margin is slim? I don't know what you pay for yours lol..........

well, thats my case in point, small time amounts, small time money, small time guy. flips or does not flip, really nothing changes, he wont die, he wont get jail time, no one comes after him.
