I was doing squats today and on my first working set, second rep on the negative, I felt my outter quad ripple and so i rack the weight, stretched went home iced it and popped a couple advils.
I cannot seem to feel that area when i stretch. After icing it and showering, it seemed to feel better (not walking with a limp), but going up and down stairs i feel it, and if i were to do a quarter squat (bodyweight) I feel it. I have been icing it on and off since its happened. I don't feel any lumps, doesn't seem swollen or anything, but its only been 5hrs.
Has this happened to anyone and is it something to worry about?
