Yep, the wild fish fillets are fantastic. As recommended above, stock up on hummus and guacamole - both of which are FANTASTIC! Egg yolks work really well for me too. Combined with oil for cooking and salad dressing, I get all of the fats I need. That and fish oil caps.

Do it up... you'll love it, I've made it before. Another great idea is to make Guaco-Hummus, which is 50% of each. Probably one of the most delicious foods known to mankind.
Just supplementing my post, cottage cheese seems to be a decent source of fat.

Cook with coconut oil as gentleman mentioned. Also try avocado oil. Awesome monosaturate.
Organic butter from grass fed cow..
Lard - don't laugh..look it up..great MONOSATURATED fat,..about 50% mono...40% sat, and 10% poly...
Palm oil - tons of A, E
egg yolks, wild salmon as others mentioned..
Flax - not a big fan - body does not convert it to DHA well...

As somebody else posted, the dha conversion is almost nonexistant. I hear more and more now, to skip the flax oil. But it is cheap is one is desperate.

Hummus??

Personal opinions aside, it's a nutritious, filling, and healthy choice. Similar to a thinner and saltier peanut butter-esque food that tastes like chickpeas. I think the closest thing to it would be mashed potatoes, but very flavourful and fairly salty. Further, if you are a vegetarian, eating it with pita provides a complete protein in the same manner that rice and beans does.

You forgot to mention the stink breath that it delivers like no other. No way would I date a chick who eats that crap on a daily basis. I can just imagine her snatch tasting like it also. It`s no match for brushing and breath mints.

Thanks Ritch, I will now always be having the idea of a chicks snatch smelling and tasting like hummus when I see a super hot chick eating it...
