hey i have a bottle of clen that expired last oct was wondering if its still good to go if anything i figure it just lost its potency.. sound about right?

^^^ The high dosed clen is suspended in alcohol so mixing it up is a good idea. Only takes a minute, so why not?

It`s simple vakker, the high dosed clen if you don`t shake it will taste different. Try it, you`ll see. You`re making this way to complicated.

Bro, daande says to swirl it and leave it for 30 minutes. It will settle to the bottom again if it's done that way, making it useless. Vakker says to shake it, the same as you're saying.

Actually I do both, shake it and swirl it, let is settle for 30 seconds until there`s no more bubbles and use it right away. Why the hell would you wait 30 minutes Daande? When I do it this way the taste is always consistent. When I don`t you sometimes get doses that taste like pure alcohol.

I guess vakker and I were thinking alike, lol... But were we both thinking?

Funny you say that, as I think of the whole "shaken not stirred" thing when I shake and stir it. But ****, I feel agitated right now. Maybe I didn`t shake or stir it properly as I`m feeling anxious big time now. Feel like burning one down soon to calm me down.... But made a promise only before bed, so I have to wait....

its all good though.

I've personally never used liquid clen that actually settled, its a small enough amount i figure it would be in solution rather than a suspension, but thats just me.

lol...alrite ritch ill take the blame....i shaked it and took 20mcg today...not to bad so far...hopefully it works its magic in the next few weeks...im gonna go 2 on 2 off 2 on 2 off etc...
