I like those,should be doing more of these.Gave a few of them a go on the multi-hip device last night.

those will help for sure.
I generally use Defrancos agile 8, and a lot of direct hip flexor stretching which I do before training... doesn't seem to affect performance at all.
I can't go rock bottom without rounding my back, but I can go past parallel and my deadlifts have improved, so I'd say there's something to it.
