Isn't it a little silly that you made a thread instead of simply doing a google search? And a thread in the wrong forum on top of that. And to top that off, you mock people who are telling the utmost truth. With that said.. White Flood is a good product, as with anything for controlled labs (besides Purple InTrain), but IMO jack3d is a better preWO supplement..

Yeah Controlled Labs is a very solid company. If I could go with one pre WO supplement it would probably be USP Labs jack3d like you said. You know whats in the bottle and doesn't have a pile of fillers. Same as with White Flood you have a general idea of whats in it unlike some products like BSN Noxplode that throw a million things into the mix.

So OP, if your looking for a good pre-workout product I would recommend USP Labs jack3d.
