I dont buy the study either, at the end of the day, the big dude always gets the hot chick and the little girls want the boyish pop stars...

It might look good on TV, but from what I can tell women still dont like skinny nerds with long hair. Women want an alpha man, celebrities dont count, their charisma/wealth/fame outweigh all physical characteristics.

Jay Cutler is extreme and a very small population of people will ever get to look like that. What degree of muscularity a woman is attracted to is relative to the individual. But I'll bet that (with all else being equal) a woman would be more attracted to a muscle bound man than a scrawny one.

From what I've read women want well-built healthy men with good genetics to father their children. They want calm, loving, reliable men to raise their children. I think to some degree who women are attracted to depends on whether they are ovulating or not.

That said, it's not unreasonable to speculate that the pill has altered the woman's physiology and therefore psychology over time. Manipulation of hormones over extended periods of time is never healthy. I've had my girl off hormonal birth control for over a year. She had been taking that poison since her mid teens.

I think it all depends on the individual girl. I see hot chicks with the muslce man, the skinny man, the low life, the geek, the athlete, the WTF are you, even the big chubby guys. - charm, sensitivity
- manliness
- a good sense of humor
- integrity
- loyalty
- the ability to knock her socks off in the bedroom
- power. influence over other people
- financially capable of providing her with a good and secure life

Not necessarily in that order. Since finding a man with all of these qualities is next to impossible, a woman will settle for one that fulfills only some. Although a fat wallet and/or power is universally desired and can trump everything else

lots of hot little bimbos.. not alot of women with any great degree of intelligence, seem to choose him... however, I think from the number of kids he has, not alot of women on birth control seem to choose him either... or maybe He just likes the bimbos.... either way... maybe it is not the muscularity at stake here but the personalities accociated with being very muscular.

High self esteem = high level of ego centrism, lots of confirmation bias, lots of experience with women could be accociated with player image

so maybe women just want to be treated right and to be a top priority in their bf's mind regardless of muscularity

I thought there might be something to this because when you see what the advertiseing industry is useing for male models they do tend to lean on the feminen side. "Pretty" comes to mind, not ruggedly handsome, body's tend to be "lankey" as opposed to solid and hard. The top male sex symbols for the most part meet the criteria..

When you see a girl with a fat guy or ugly guy who ISNT rich, IMO they are with him because he will probably never cheat. They have all the power in that relationship and they love to wield it.

Girls are attracted to confidence for the most part. I know a few guys who can wheel girls that arent the best looking or the most fit but they can make a girl laugh and they can hold a girls attention.

"Feminine" looking male models appeal to a greater audience, hence them being used in the mainstream media for advertising / endorsement purposes. Look at Beckham and Rinaldo. Both guys in good shape but prolly 170 soaking wet. I have yet to meet a girl that doesnt think Brad Pitt looked like a god in fight club.
