Ok so I had some mild progesterone sides associated with my tren ace usage last cycle.Mild beginings of gyno, stopped by adex.
So, I know about Bromo and Caber. (Dammed if i know where to find it). No fishing here i'm sure I could find it just like everthing else if i put my devious little mind to it so nobody get their ginch in a twist. I can take care of myself.
These compounds are NOT what this thread is about.
I found in my research that B6 my be an effective way of controling progesterone production.
Anybody have some input that may shed some light into this area?

i've heard that if you really have your estrogen in check that you shouldnt get progesterone sides.. so i'd say if you are looking to control progesterone and can't get caber or bromo then run aromasin or even letro
adex works too but it does rebound a bit and i like aromasin more

vitamins won't resolve your sides. Lowered body fat and estrogen management will help significantly but if you are sensitive to progesterone then you need bromo/caber. Be proactive. Dealing with it afterwards won't make your newly acquired breast tissue go away.

I`ve heard of the whole b-6 thing as well. Apparantly ginko can lower prolactin as well. Or even tyrosine. I wouldn`t use those in hopes of reducing progesterone induced gyno or even use them to prevent it.

I had heard this a while ago and was somewhat curious about it too. I believe the information dealt primarily with P-5-P and how it could potentially be used to combat progesterone in men. Unfortunately, can't remember where I read the info. Here's a small write up from wiki:
