K I know my computer is old....and didn't release the time change..so I went in manual and changed it..just to find out it is back still an hour...what the fackff?

Ya..home computer...I don't pay much attention to the time on here...but that's wrong as well. lol

Double click your time on the bottom right and click the time tab. Under there make sure you have Automatically adjust daylight savings time checked on.

Yup it is...maybe I will re-start my computer and try that...as I usually just hibernate it.

Did you go to "control Panel" and then find Date/time?

Yes! mom it was on something like that...but it is now fixed. What it needed was (nobody mentioned) (GMT-04:00) Atlantic Time (Canada)

I think what you did was just fake it out. Are you running Windows 2000? If you are you need to run a time zone editor. You can get it at http://download.microsoft.com/download/5/8/a/58a208b7-7dc7-4bc7-8357-28e29cdac52f/tzedit.exe

With this utility you edit the start and stop date of DST. Windows XP and newer is updated through the windows update site.
