so i invested in some crest white strips...and those ****ers actually work! i've become a little obsessed with my teeth now, brushing 5-6 times a day and flossing at least once.

ive been noticing a LOT of older people with horrible looking teeth, maybe cause of all the coffee/cigarettes, but still, with some people its just APALLING.

do you guys/gals take care of your teeth?

I use an oral B spinning tooth brush and it works great. Got 3 of them at costco for $20 batteries included. I swear it takes me 10 minutes just to brush my teeth. I don`t understand how some people can get ready in 30 minutes. It takes me that long just to brush my teeth and take a shit...

Brushing 5 or 6 times a day is going to wear down your enamel and weaken your teeth Bro. I used to brush 3 times a day until the dentist showed me the wear grooves in some of my teeth. I brush twice a day now and use listerine or something after.

I have a lil secret, brush your teeth with baking soda, works just as good as white strips.

well the 5 times a day only started yesterday, soo i think ill just switch to listerine w whitening a few times a day... cant chew gum anyways, friggin sugar alcohols....

I tried the white strips, my teeth are too messed up for them to contact them all properly, they didnt stick properly either.

I figure its probably just as easy to get them laser whitened by the dentist next time Im there.

i dont talk to girls and guys i could care less about ahahah... no ill have 1/4 piece a day max before workout....once i get off this diet ill go back to chewing it

no one has complained yet and my friends are pretty forward with that shit

I've always had good teeth but now that I'm officially old I'm told by my dentist that I need to take better care of my gums. More flossing

You can also do damage to your teeth brushing too much. I'd look into this. Wearing down enamel giving your teeth the grayish look and causing your gums to recede. Also, brushing after drinking/eating certain foods (ex. pop) wreaks havoc on your teeth.

I prefer to use the 5 minute touch up crest whitestrips which you can just use occasionally to keep your teeth white year round instead of doing the hardcore week-long thing.

I find the five minute whiting kit works better and lasts longer then the white strips. Its a gel that you put on a mouth guard. Works great in about three days. Plus its cheaper and the kit lasts longer then the strips lol.

i dunno dude but my teeth are all bonded up because they werent fully broken off. teeth bleed when you break them in half, its ****ing gross.
