My question is regarding a morning walk !!

I have exactally a 4.5 KM walk to work in the AM.
I am planning on walking to work six days a week.
Im planning on doing this walk fasted.

Will this help with fat loss ??
My diet has sucked as of late so I packed on some winter weight !!

Sure it will, just keep it brisk if you can 120-130 bpm heart rate you will do fine. You might want to start off with a jog to get your heart rate up quickly.
