Hope you can all read it. I thought the part about trenbolone in cattle interesting, especially the concentrations near ranches that were found in the water. Maybe some people would consider moving? LOL

It is funny that CNN was picking this up finally when this has been reported extensively in Canada for years.
The problem is that some morons flush their expired drugs down the toilet or dump them down the sink in addition to people taking vast amounts of prescription meds.

See in our society it is much easier to take a pill like lipitor than to actually solve the problem that it is intended to address. Any coincidence anti-anxiety drugs were found in NYC's water supply?

I remember reading a while ago that they found a significant amount of anti-d's in the water of the river Thames in UK because they are so widely prescribed there.

No surprise there, we had a cow pasture pollute a towns main water supply here in Ontario a few years ago. Remember Walkerton? Granted the main pump had a chlorine pump that wasn't working but still it does make you wonder what's in our drinking water.
What next, cocaine? LOL

KInda funny you said that cause I read another story about people doing long term air quality studies around Italy looking for really trace things in the air. They actually found cocaine in the air. The highest concentrations were around the university in town.

Also happens in hospitals/group homes when nurses/workers forget to administer a medication to a patient. Happens alot and they are too lazy and afraid to go through the proper proceedure and get in trouble for not administering a med so they just flush them.

Thats why city water is bad in my opinion.
