Just a few pics I snapped this morning after finishing a 20 min cardio sess; bodyweight around 180-181 in the morning. I got up near 190 several months ago, dieted to aboutu 175, and now I've stabilized around 180.

Not the best pics; but I do think I'm more "balanced" overall now, arms/chest/shoulders have been stubborn for me in the past but I've really targetted them over the last 6 months or so.
I don't really want to get over 185 (don't think I can without gaining more fat anyways lol), but If I do hit 185 I'll diet for a little while...gotta make sure I'm within striking range of dieting for a fall show (INBF and IDFA shows)

Right now I'm doing cardio 2x per week for 20 minutes. I'm bulking right now so I'm just trying to get some health benefit out of it, not really burn calories.
The day I took the pics I had just finished 20 min of sled pulling and kettlebell work; definitely helps keep cardio fun (well as fun as it can be) :)

Gotta hand it to you, that pic in your avatar is good. Although we sometimes disagree on certain methods, what you believe in is working well for you. But if you did it my way, you`d be even better, ( joke )

Finally someone us shorter guys could relate to. At what weight did you notice progress to slow down? I'll be happy to get to 170lbs and be as lean as you. Last bulker was a disaster, got to 175 but put on more fat I guess than lean muscle tissue, now I am suffering in stripping the fat away. Well, another cycle another lesson learned about my body :)
