Hey all!
I've been having some sleeping problems lately, and I really don't know what exactly is causing this disorder.

I wake up after only 2 or 3 hours having this burning sensation all over my back and legs. Impossible to get back to sleep, only after an hour or more. It feels like I'm overheating. Lucky it doesn happen all the time but as a result impossible to get a straight 8 hour night sleep. Have you ever eperienced such a problem?

Could it be the last meal? Or the 19:00 to 20:30 workout is too late? I'm still bulking and training 4 times a week for 1 hour to 1 and a half hour a day.
Any advice would be welcome. Thx alot.

Just to be on the save side, see a Doctor.

if we knew your diet and supplement schedule that would make the "e-diagnosis" easier

not much info to go on, but I'll take a stab at it...

Overtraining possibly? Your CNS could be all ****ed up and you're feeling all jacked when you're trying to sleep.

Sleep Apnea? This wouldnt give you the heat\flushness unless thats how you respond to adrenaline. If you know thats how your body responds to adrenaline then you're likely stopping breathing in your sleep and your body wakes you up to get you breathing with adrenaline and its tough to get back to sleep after.

Really need to know more. Sleep pattern history...diet...supplements...etc.

I've been to the doctor's this morning, made me have a blood test, everything seems to be fine, except that I have digestive problems. In fact according to the Doc my stomach is fatigued and needs some medicine. He asked me to reduce the number of meals. And avoid the midnight meal. I'm in big trouble now.
I guess I'll take a week off just to recover. Thanks for all your replies. Very much appreciated.
