I like his responses to squatting. I prefer the smith myself, but i do free from time to time when doing straight sets and nothing fancy like i do on the smith like one and a half reps, etc.

Im building a new bulking program right now and im going to base it all on Dorian's style of bodybuilding. I have to admit i love how honest he is with people about everything and just how ****ing smart the guy is. I wish i could train with him in person....lol

I love when he was talking about training chest and he says flat out flat bench press is a total joke for bulking cause it's a dangerous lift that causes pec tears and then goes on to say decline is the best overall mass builder, for him at least. I have to agree with him.

The more i learn about Dorian the more i wanna train like he did.
