Well after being clean for 3.5 yrs I have decided to jump on a light cycle this summer. I have managed to keep and gain some decent size, my stats are
5'11, 245lbs and maybe 15% bf, 20" arms, 52" chest, 29" legs.......blabla bla been training 17 yrs and have done more than a couple of cycles in the past.

Been thinking of running:
var 50mg ed
proviron 50mg ed
IGF 40 mcg 3-4 times wk

What I really want to do is harden up and drop bf to 10% and use as little gear as possible. Not really wanting to run test as my crazy high sex drive already causes probs with me and wifey and I do fine on testless cycle as long as I add proviron.

What do you dudes think? Was thinking of changing the IGF up for GH @ 3iu ed.

for fat burning cycle you should do alright just dont expect lots of muscle gain. but doesnt sound like thats your goal.you know your body best if its worked befor it will now.as far as gh prob better for fat loss than igf but not sure on that. for retaining muscle while dieting you should be pleased , make sure your diet is in check tho, thats the key to droppin bf%

I would add a bit of test. Most people think test should be the base of any cycle.

I think I'll give it a whirl, maybe I'll keep some prop on hand just in case I lose my mojo.:D
