No history of AAS usage.

Now that I have studied hormones and AAS I went over some past test results I was lucky enough to have gotten in the USA at a very specialized clinic.
The only thing I note is that my 'Total Estrogens' is 192, and it should be 40-115. Estrone Serum is 43, again on the high end for somebody my age (I am 21).
Growth Hormone Serum levels are 0.2, and the 'normal range' is 0.0 (wut) - 6.0 Is this acceptable?
Those are the ones I am very concerned with and I want some opinions on what this could be caused by or any comments.
I got my blood taken this morning for testosteron bioavailability and my doctor phoned for them to also run the tests for estrogen on the blood. Will they just tell me what the total number is again, because I believe bioavailbility of estrogen is the most important factor, right?
I'm going to see my doctor soon but I wanted more information and stuff to talk to him about so i'm hoping to get some feedback here
