puking up bile

so im on my 6th week of my current cycle and since sunday ive been having problems with my stomach...i puked sunday twice....and yesterday once on an empty stomach and bile came up this time...i have no idea whats going on...but its freaking me out...any ideas what is going on?

I just went through with that for the last few days..First I thought I had food poisoning from eating that shit breakfest at Ikea..I normally wouldn't eat like that but been busy moving and renovating a place me and my lady bought..My gut felt like shit. puking in the middle of the night, couldn't eat , had the worst dumps ever ..Then I found out my girls daughter had a bug and passed it on too me...

ah so maybe ill just get worse i guess and the flu eventually...damnit its ridiculous
