On Monday all OHL players will have to suit up with neck guards. This is mandatory.
Whats everyones opinion on the matter? should they have the choice?
One in a million chance of getting your neck slashed by a skate blade.
This is due to the fear imposed after the Zednik incident.
Many OHLers are opposed to the rule.
We're not talking about innovating the game like Jacques Plante did way back when, but I think it might be a good idea for the younger "invincible" guys.
We all think we are indestructible at that age.
