Pregnancy after steroids

Now that you have a women's section I wanted to pose a question about women getting pregnant following steroid use.

I know that women's cycles are often affected while using steroids. I am wondering if any of you know or have links to information on how women who have taken steroids (in particular Anavar) respond to getting pregnant following cessation of use? Specifically, what would an 8 week course of Anavar @ 5-20mgs /day (first ever cycle) do to a women in terms of interfering with getting pregnant afterwards?

I know women can rebound but I am wondering how long it takes and if using items such as HCG/HMB/Clomid may improve her recovery and chances.

I think time will be the biggest contributing factor here. Don't get pregnant right after a cycle. Maybe wait 6 months to 1 year to make sure everything is back in working order and all hormones to be balanced again.

Women do not normally take HCG or such. We don't drop aas at once either.

I'd suggest she wait 3 months at least to have her levels checked. If she only took Anavar she should be good shortly after that.

Heck...look at all the young figure girls who compete...Anavar is the choice for most of them.

I do know of a girl on our forums who went off her birth control just before a contest and ended up pregnant while on or shortly after. I'll see if i can get her to post on here.
