Just wondering if there is a good routine to hit the gym twice a day. I have an hour before work and an hour after open so I thought I would take advantage of that. Is that over doing it?
Any info would be much appreciated!!

Oh and I am not a noob to the weightlifing scene. Been working out for years, just want to up my game.

I do cardio in the am and weights in the pm, so long as your getting enough and nutrition throughout the day

when i cut i do the exact same

Hey thats a good idea! Anyone break up there weight training twice a day?
Just curisous if its beneficial.

I'm not cutting but still do the am cardio a couple times a wk. When I cut I just amp it up.

when I have the time/energy I'll do my hams/thighs broken into two workouts
