Walnuts hasn't been around for some time now. Turned into a family man and abandoned lifting. What a guy... ;)

Dont know walnuts but ate a few. They're awesome. I have them mixed in with almonds and cashews. They have less fat and carbs than almonds so I can get away with sneaking a few more in!

walnuts and almonds are awesome, they are high fat(good kind) low carb and high protein, i read somewhere 100 grams of walnuts or almonds has almost 600 cals, i read it on the net and dont know how they came to that conclusion. so i went to costco and grabbed a jumbo bag of each yum yum and oh!!! that site said 100 grams has 75grams of fat, 12 grams of carbs and i think 21 cals of protein, plus they are full of minerals and vitamins and silium fibre ok bye

Ever tried the Tamari Almonds? Good lord... I could eat three pounds of those things and still keep going.
