Oh the pain....

My two top wisdom teeth decided to grow at the same time. The pain is unbearable. Massive headaches. Popping advil like candy. WTF with these teeth. I'm 35. They should not be growing!!!

MP, just get them yanked. That was a MASSIVE fear of mine when i had to get them done. I went to a specialist (had to pay more for that) and got put to sleep for it - easiest things Ive ever been scared of.

You go, fall asleep, wake up and its over. The pain after was no big deal and then you never have to worry about them again. PLus if you wait you may start getting your teeth crowded and end up looking british.

I had mine done a fews years ago, it will leave massive holes in your head. Blood wont completely clot for at least 24-36hrs. They game me valium before hand and nitrous during and t3s after.

just had 2 root canals done a few months ago........ now thats pain..... drilled 8 holes to get into all the canals...... didnt sleep for a week the pain was so bad...... 2 T3 and 4 Ibprofin every 2 hours all day long

I had all of them taking out when i was 19 years old.

I had all of mine taken out 6-7 years ago. I had no real problems with pain at all. I don't think I even used any pain killers after. Was the same thing after gyno surgery. I took 1 tylenol with codein and the upset stomach I got from that was worse than the pain from the surgery, so I didn't take any more after that. I didn't really need any anyway.

Yeah i also had mine pulled within the last 2 years and itswasn't all that bad to be honest , they say watch out for dry sockets ( which is when your blood clots in the open holes in your mouth post pull ) but smart me ended up with one and even that wasn't all that bad , moral of story i would suggest if they are bothering you get them pulled and try not to beleive the horror stories you hear ..... i may be the acception to the rule mind you :)

I had all 4 (impacted) ones taken out at 18. Definitely get to a dentist MP - if you let them grow in and don't have the room in your mouth they'll screw up your other chicklets :-)
