I'll post this up and hope it helps others. The beauty of Chondroitin Sulfate. I've been on a 2 pill a day Chondroitin sulfate supp for the past week and my joints don't hurt as badly after an intense workout. Here's how I take it:
I get up, have a high protein, mid carb, low fat breakfast and right after that take my first of 2 a day multi-vitamins and a Chondroitin sulfate pill, again my 1st of 2 for the day. Do the same routine right after eating my last meal. You know the burn and aches you get after a great intense workout, it's like a lingering dull pain, well the Chondroitin pill totally eliminates that annoyance for me. I'm hooked on the supp and will use it 100%. I hope this helps others. My dad has been using the supp for the past 2 years to treat his arthritis and it works for him as well. Just a quick note: our family doctor suggested for my dad to switch from glucosamine to chondroitin because glucosamine is a sugar based mineral and will elevate your blood-glucose levels. Glucosamine is cheaper and it will do the same healing effects on your joints as Chondroitin sulfate but our family history of diabetes made the switch and the little extra expense of C.Sulfate well worth it.
