thinking about next cycle

in your opinion would you rather run 800mg test week or 450 test and 350 eq?

other compounds id consider are primo, anavar, basically anything that desnt harshly effect anyone prone to baldness

I was on 350 test and 280 EQ for the last 4 months, and gained 15lbs. Ive been on pct for 3 weeks and still weight the same so I guess it was not a bad cycle. If my goal was to bodybuild I would go with 500 test and 300 EQ or 200 NPP

for a first cycle, 500mgs Test E or C is all one needs for A+ gains with "nil" to "no" sides

To be honest, I would further my development natual dude. You still have plenty of space to fill before things begin to slow down.

I think he`s already done 2-3 cycles gymbrat.

had really good gains on last one, got to 215 lbs... put on fat and have cut down to 180 now, did it gradually over 4 months.. started eating over maintenance this week and strength has already started to come back, im gunna not use anything until i get back to where i was in the august(when i started cutting down)

but im wondering for the future aka this summer

but im wondering for the future aka this summerWhat's your height? Honestly man if that's you in the avy you look like you could pack on quite a bit of weight naturally. You'll thank yourself later. If you're dead set on using drugs I would stick with Test. Test is best IMO. I likely won't use anything else

how's your diet? over the years i've noticed a massive difference between now, when I watch how much i eat (enough protein) to before. i can put on more weight with less gear but with better food (eating more steaks, etc... real food compared to shakes)

anyway, not to put you down, i'm just saying i would rather do less juice and eat better, I feel much better and look more 'solid' - and i've done some big cycles. stick to the basics, but if you had to i would tweak it a bit and run 600/400 T/EQ - but that's me, i react well to low/medium dosages

i eat 4 real protein sources, and 3 shake sources per day

example of real protein sources, 4 eggs 2 egg white, steak, chicken breast, can of tuna, then the other 3 meals are 3 shakes/oatmeal mixes consisting of 40 g whey, 60 g post workout

i dont count protein in pb, pasta, nuts n shit when i count protein per day

healthy fat is important too.. do you get any? also if you are looking at puting on muscle then i'd recommend taking more food in... i take in 55g protein and 55g carbs pwo for example.. all my other meals are the same but i add in 15-20g of healthy fats

I don't know if what you layed out above is literal but if your one meal is only 4 eggs and 2 whites or a can of tuna, you are selling yourself short IMO.

When I eat eggs its a cup of whites aprox 28grams pro and 4 whole eggs so I am getting over 50 grams pro. Also, when I eat tuna one can is not enough you need to eat at least two.

If you don't eat you wont grow!!

Gotta get big first IMHO.... 6'2 @ 180 you can fill out a lot more.
If you dropped from 215 to 180 in 6 months I'd be concerned about that too.... especially after two cycles.
Eat...Sleep.... train hard.....

ya for 6'2 you should be about solid 190 natural before considering juice.

I still have concerns regarding your last cycle. You went from 215 and fat? down to 180. I am confused, at 6'2" working out and on gear how can you possibly be so fat that you have to cut down all the way to 180lbs. This statement alone tells me that you have no idea how idea how to eat properly and that only further justifies myself and others telling you to stay away from gear.
