I was watching a fairly well developed fellow work out this morning while I was doing my hour on the dreadmill. While he certainly didn't have a balanced physique (no legs/no back) he has managed to develop arms, shoulders and chest to a level that would make me pretty darn happy.
I watched him pressing beginner weights and bench with his feet on the bench with 185. I watched him do a million set of ab crunches on the ball. I watched as he used 45 dumbbells for flat bench press.
19" extremely well defined arms, excellent front and lateral delts, good 50" chest with about 10% body fat.
I'll be damned if I can figure out how he managed to build those body parts but I certainly wish I could pull it off.
