You would need some Arginine-AKG, Beta-Alanine, Caffeine, and Creatine to do an okay job of mimicking UPS jack3d. You could also experiment with BCAAs and L-Carnitine in there as well. As for making it into a drink, I'm not sure. I'd much rather dose and wash down with water myself.

Exactly what I do, take 5-10 grams or however much of whatever, dump it at the back of my mouth and wash it down with water.
Quick, easy, effective.

I don't mean to try to take any sales from you guys, but formulating your own pre-workout product is expensive. Your better off purchasing a name brand pre-workout product.
TrueSupplements- is it possible for you guys to perhaps formulate a pre-workout product and sell it in bulk?

If you actually take the most effective ingredients from a pre workout cocktail (which are few) and compare in terms of dosage to buying in bulk you might be surprised. We have someone on board that worked for one of the BIGGEST name brand supplement companies in North America and you'd be surprised at what little is in their "proprietary blends".
But, we are formulating a pre workout now! :D
Let's hear some ideas for what you all feel would be a great pre workout mix. We'd love to hear your thoughts!

Do you think you guys could get some liquid beef aminos? So many people are hooked on this.Or maybe you could use the same concept as the LBA's and maybe make a Bcaa and glutamine(maybe you can add other things like vitamins or whatever) liquid mix with a good tasting delivery system.Having it in liquid is so much easier, mixes great and if you can get it to taste good then im sure many would want to buy some(if the pricing is good) and use it at different times of the day,not just preworkout

i know on TP they have customize your own protein, maybe TS could have customize your own pre/post work out, where you make essentails (creatine) a must a let people add what they want and how much.
ie a 30 day supply based on 2 scoops a day. id use it.
CoQ10
Hawthrone Berry
Argenine AKG
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Taurine
Beta Alanine
BCAAs
Ephedrine
Tribulus
Antioxidants (Vit E, C)
You could also have a Carbed up version (some dextrose) and non carbed up version. Good luck getting it to taste like anything tho, you might have to cap it.
