I've seen an article recommeding both clomid and hcg not sure where i saw it. This would be more patient prescribed :) Test E at 250 week. Does anybody doing hrt here also use hcg?

If your looking to maintain fertility just HCG should suffice if done regulary enough to avoid testicular atrophy ... when the time comes your endo will probably throw you on some HMG/HCG combo at higher dosages. Vets feel free to chime in, but I beleive clomid is the second rate fertility treatment for men.

Well - for cosemetic purposes I would asume it would be a good idea. HCG = LH, so twice weekly shots @ a moderate dosage (250-350iu) is a good way to strucutrally keep the leydig cells functioning, and the intrateticular testosterone will keep spermatogensis going to an extent also which will keep the sertoli cells strucutrally functional (despite the inherent lack of FSH). You dont have to use HCG all the time - but say a 12 week on 4 week off protocol would be a good idea to keep the boys around without risking leydig desentization. PS. drop the clomid, theres no use for it unless your doing PCT or trying to knock somebody up.
