Cissus

Anyone in the Toronto area know where I can pick some of this up? I've been to a few nutrition stores, some have never heard of it, others have to contact their suppliers to see if they carry it.

I know it's available online and I will use that as a last resort.

I just ordered some to give it a first time try. I had no luck at the nutrition stores so I went online. Only one of our sponsors carries it, I believe, but due to a bad experience a few years back, I went elsewhere.

This will be my first order with bodybuilding.com which was placed last friday. Still waiting for it.

Are you going with the caps or with the powder? Is one better than the other? Is the extract even better or is that what is in the powder? I ordered Cissus quadrangularis powder.

I had to order it off a US site, it`s bulk powder 5% extract. So it`s not a brand and don`t think it`s cool to post where I bought it from...
