The real questions is: Will wearing a junk yard dog chain improve my farmers DL? Or is this done to add weight in a clever position to make the pull harder? Is this some kind of cool new training strategy I don't even know about?

How much do you think you can deadlift once you take the chain off? What kind of carryover do you expect?

Yeah me to! lol, I was just doing deads that day but next week Ill try a "hold" and maybe even a "walk"? might turn out to be a "stumble" lol
