decided to start using it and was just wondering how many times a week you guys apply it? is there anything else that you would recommend to use along with it? do you guys use it on cycle and off cycle?? fill me in! thanks guys

Why is that. I use it every day on my shoulders and back only and it works OK at killing PCT bacne. If using for bacne still only 2 times per week maxxx?

I leave it in for about 15 mins every morning to soak into the scalp, then conditioner. Using it in conjuction with finasteride (which tastes like ass btw), and hairloss has stalled!!! (on cycle right now)

I have never needed to use it but have friends who did and from my POV it doesnt appear to work that well.

i drink three tablespoons right before bed 3x a week and it seems to be working very well. im even getting hair on my balls and pits!

I used it everyday just to see if it would work. Maybe its because I have sensitive skin, but it made my head feel like it was under a blow torch. I suggest 2-3 times a week. If its for hairloss prevention, I don't see why you can't throw in some spironolactone along with 15% minoxidil. Personally, I just don't use the shit anymore and stick with the last two.

i use daily and have for many yrs....full head of hair, never lose any really....Maybe genetics, maybe nizoral....Im sticking with it...

I'm genetically deficient when it comes to hair and when I used Nizoral I used it a bunch of different ways. Did nada for me.
