i ALMOST blacked out after squatting one time. my eyes faded everything out black but i reached out and grabbed the rack and somehow didnt lose consciousness. it was pretty scary.

After a set of deadlifts I always lean on something as there`s a good 5 seconds where colors are brighter and I feel dizzy. Screaming like that would put me out as well.
