View Full Version : cycle advice to gain mass and attending swimming class?

I am currently enrolled in a swimming class which takes a lot of my energy away, constantly doing laps back and fourth. however it is only temporary but i want to run a cycle soon, and i will be in that class at the time. My first cycle was 400mg/test E. and i wanted to try something new this time.
My stats are :
190lbs
bodyfat: 16%
height:5"10
Goals: gain 7-10lbs of muscle and lose 3-4lbs of bodyfat

I was curious to try test/dbol but i hear too much about the back pumps and shin splints so i thought it might be an issue for me if i am in the pool. I thought of test/eq because i hear eq can increase endurance, thought i also hear some issues of anxiety. however what are your opinions on what compound i can stack with to get to my goals and be able to withstand myself in the swimming class and maybe improve in it.

Program in school to take swimming. A lot of laps back and fourth, and the exam needs around 60 laps back and fourth so i can use an extra boost from cycling test. I want to use dbol but worried about backpumps in the pool.

I would run Test/EQ

Weeks: 1-16: 500mg Test E
Weeks: 1-14: 400mg of EQ

Note: I am currently running this but at 600mg EQ, which you could do. Now as far as anxiety goes it only effects some people. I was effected by it from weeks 2-4 and I only noticed it when I was trying to fall asleep at night, I had racing thoughts. So I just took some melatonin and ZMA which made me pass out.

Okay daande I appreciate that, I will go ahead and do Test E/EQ. Now I have not ran a cycle for 16 weeks before. I have read that that gains usually halt around weeks 10 or so. Would I notice a huge increase in gains from 10weeks compared to 16 weeks? or would i possible be able to use the time to cut down my bodyfat if gains have halted around weeks 10, possible using the extra 6 weeks to cut. good or bad idea?

btw what benefits have you noticed with EQ involved in your stack?

The only reason I recommend a 16 Weeker is most say they dont really feel the EQ until weeks 10-12+ I felt my eq around week 10 really hit me. Your gains wont halt.

EDIT: Let others chime in before deciding on this cycle. I think the EQ will be good with helping your endurance in the pool due to increased red blood cells. Similar to how altitude chambers or EPO help other endurance athletes.

what difference is there in feeling EQ? an improved sense of well being, a faster pace of muscle growth, ...?

i think your 60 lapper might be hindered by higher dosed aas.....500mg/wk test will drastically reduce your endurance.....300-350mg/wk max to not hurt endurance.....and id skip the eq.....maybe run var if you like but not super high.....im talking 20-40mg/day max.....

Anxiety affected me once, I couldn't sleep and I had panic attacks lol.. But for the rest of the cycle everything was fine ! No sides.. i never get sides, 3rd cycle! Guess im lucky !
