Hey guys, I'm on an off cycle and looking to try some new supplements when I start back up again. It would be really great to support a CDN company. These are the products I was looking to try on my next stack:
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Protein
USP Labs Jack3d NO
EFX Kre-Alkalyn Creatine
Twin Lab BCAA Fuel or Dymatize BCAA Complex
Still haven't decided on a glutamine yet
Now ZMA
Anyone have any experience with any of TS' products that have the same composition and results that these products offer? (I base results on what I've read on a few review boards).
Thanks in advance.

TS offers every single active ingredient in all of your products. Everything goes over 1:1 except for the Jack3d, which contains 3-4 ingredients TS sells. Consult them as to how much need and in what form. Their customer service is very reliable.

Thanks for the reply. Any chance you know exactly what products, just so I can compare price?
If I'm reading it right, creating a NO through TS could prove to be very costly. But everything else seems fairly priced. I'd really have to crunch some numbers to see how cost compares to buying name brands at GNC or Popeye's.
Also looking for some feedback on the products. It seems the TS forum mostly has threads for items that are new or on sale. Am I missing where the TS supplements are reviewed?

I have been using TS products for a while now and whouldn't use anything else. For the quality of their product and prices they are unreal. Super fast shipping, low prices, and the taste of the whey blend choc protein is the best tasteing protein i have ever tried, also i'm using the creatine mono i think i paid like $12 for a lb of it. I have tried the majority of those products that u listed, and u be getting the same thing for half that price at TS.

Thanks. I've been discussing via PM with TS to get a price quote for some of the products.

Yeah, really quick shipping. I'm sorry for not posting up a review, but I have only had about a week's worth of use out of the supplements I got. Was playing hockey and some d-bag decided to blind side me with a body check in a men's non-contact league. I've been out of action from any kind of activity for almost two weeks now due to a sore neck and shoulder. Yesterday and today are the first days where I've gotten up without a headache or neck ache and relatively pain free in the shoulder. Hoping to start back at the gym tomorrow so I can post a review on the supps.

One pound equals 453 grams.
10 gram serving =45ish servings
5 gram serving=90ish servings

Of course with protein but for bulk supps it's not needed as 5grams is 1 teaspoon.

Honestly, i shotgun it back or mix in my shake.
Thanks Deltking!

I will use either Crystal Light or Xtend if I am going to make a 4L jug and drink that all day ( with about 30-40g BCAA's ) , but like DK said if you just want the 5g in one dose just shoot it back or put it in with your shake.

This isn't right, grams is weight, teaspoon is volume. Different bulk supplements can have a very different density. For example, one teaspoon of glutamine has a lot more weight than one tsp of leucine.

Get out your digital micro weight scale and measure 5000micrograms then. In the end in a pound of bcaas for example is 1/4 g going to make a differnce. 5g is overkill to begin with so you have room for slight error.

I didn't think the post was referring to BCAA's only, but all bulk supplements in general. Obviously I didn't mean you needed to measure BCAA's down micrograms. Often people refer to 1tsp = 5grams as the measurement for all sups, and this can be off by a large margin depending on the supplement.
