Is TrueProtein Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration better than TrueSupplements 100% ISO protein? If I select chocoloat unsweetened (no premium flavor) for the true protein product it will cost $128 shipped for 10 pounds to my house. If i choose Truesupps 10 pound ISO it is $125 shipped, so there is not much difference in price, but I am just wondering if one formula is better than the other? Also how does the unsweetened chocolate flavor from TrueProtein taste compared to TrueSups? I have had the TrueSups before and it tasted fine.
Thanks for any help.

Why not order from TP this time and just compare it? See which one you like better. They are most likely both top quality products

They are both great products. I pick up my stuff from TS when they have promos on. I'm sure there are some new ones in the works.

if u already tried the TS protein and like stick with it, i personally love the taste to TS protein i have been using it for a while now, if u take the chance and order from TP and don't like it u will be left with all that protein and down $130.
Plus TS always have special deals going up.

You aren't taking any "chances" ordering from True Protein or TrueSupplements . Whey Isolate is essentially a commodity product and both companies appear to offer a reputable product. True Protein is Dante Trudel's (aka DoggCrapp) supplement company and he has developed an extremely strong supplement line with high quality products. I can't quote True Supplements history. I believe it is a relatively new company.

Outside of the relative hygiene with which the product is being handled flavouring is probably going to be the only other differentiator. I haven't tried the chocolate of either. With TP you can order plain isolate and seperate flavour packets in many flavours. With TS, I believe you order pre-blended. I have had 20 pounds of TP's whey isolate and been very happy with it. I have 15 pounds of TS's whey isolate waiting for me at the post office to pick up and expect I will be happy with it as well.

TrueSupplements for me because they're canadian. I always feel good about being from a canadian company.

I just ordered 25 lbs of TS chocolate and the shipping was speedy! It also came with a free 1lb of Creatine Mono.

Good tasting chocolate, and decent mixability when combined with dextrose. TS is good quality.

Im sure TS has great quality and i havent tried them yet, Maybe in the future, I however do know that Trueprotein is great quality and at my door within 5 business days...Unless anyone has tried them both specifically then its impossible to consider their opinions, and i think its pretty nice of trueprotein to support our little site here, being as he is american, nice to see him have faith in our board and step up to support us when several companies said they wouldnt etc...
Now things are rolling along and everyone wants in....lol

Cheers to our sponsors period........When you guys stop buying asian TVs, import autos and other imported goods, snowmobiles other than bombardier, then you can talk about canadian and american and supporting our economy in the same sentence, doesnt sound like a solid arguement in any form... etc....Thats weak.....lol...Go with quality and service when placing your orders and so far the board has a lot of both....:beer
Nice being smaller and less crap to wade through to find a good reputable sponsor....

Truesupplements.com is the ultimate shopping experience for Canadians wanting affordable whey protein. Their customer service is top notch, shipping is light-speed, and products are affordable, tasty, and effective. I see no reason to shop anywhere else... I pay 0 tax and 0 shipping on my orders over $199.

There are still a couple of questions I'd like answered wrt TS. Do they source their own Whey Protein and what do their packaging facilities look like. I haven't opened my 15 pound order yet but it's waiting in the box for me.

To me, the price and customer service are good. I'd like to know a bit more about the product quality and hygiene :)

I know they flavour it in-house. Check out the review thread to see the pics I posted of what was in my box. The bags and containers are very clean and of very high quality. I was quite impressed. I can't speak to the factory and packing center obviously.

Very valid questions. As of this moment we are currently leasing warehouse space, and clean room facilities for manufacturing and packaging from another very large manufacturer of such nutritional products such as capsules, vitamins, minerals, softgels and other types of supplements that most likely many of you actually consume on a daily basis as this company is HUGE and supplies a lot of other companies! With that said, because we are in the same building, we must also meet certain health regulations as they do for their manufacturing and packaging, which we do.

In terms of sourcing, yes we source our own protein from the top suppliers in the world in terms of quality and also consistency which is very important to us.
