Hey guys,
First off, let me say I am a fan of the longer cycles (16-20 weekers).
I know cutting right after a bulk is highly counterproductive as the body hasn't adjusted to the new weight and you may lose a lot of the gains made.
What I'm wondering is...would it be ok to do a long cycle which is basically a cut followed by a bulk. That way, you start off by losing bodyfat and then basically work on filling up the muscles.
I'm currently on a bit of a budget (so nothing too crazy). I was thinking of a cycle that would essentially be run like this.
Weeks 1-10: (Cutter)
375mg Test Enanthate
A slow taper up to 100mcg of T3 then taper down to 25mcg at the end of week 10.
Weeks 11-20: (Bulker)
500mg Test Enanthate
Maintain 25mcg of T3 (increased metabolic synthesis).
Followed by a conventional PCT using Clomid and Nolva.
Obviously very strict diet and cardio during the first ten weeks. Then increase clean calories during the bulking part and stop cardio.
What do you guys think of such a cycle?
