GTA is rather large! What part of the GTA? If you are in the East End I would reccomend one of my Anytime Fitness clubs for only $30 a month (special rate for board members!)...

I really lucked out with my gym.

Its a goodlife at lawrence n VicPark, but the atmosphere is great. The admin is a fitness girl who started competing again, she lets the bigger guys do their thing, while still taking care of the average joe. Out of the 6 or 7 trainers, there is one guy who really knows his stuff. He knows proper form on just about every press or lift, and has the physique to prove it.
