Hello everyone, I'm new here, just signed up. What a great idea for a bodybuilding forum for us Canadians. A little bit about myself, I've been lifting iron since '96 but trust me, nothing serious. I've made 2008 as my year to breakthrough the amateur practice of just lifting and really take bodybuilding seriously. I'm 5'11", weigh 248 lbs as of today (Feb 26th '08, weighed 274 lbs before that) and can't wait to meet all of you and share my progress with you.

Ok so enough of this rant lol, thank you for having me in your forum family.
