Hey gang! Let me introduce myself. my name is Bob, I'm 36 years old and was a very active person in the gym during my younger years, but a comfortable marriage and home life left me pretty sedentary for probably the last 15. I am now about 40lbs overweight, which doesn't sound too bad until you factor in that I'm only about 5'1". I've decided to hopefully reverse the damage I'm doing, but I've picked the worst possible time to do it. I've been on strike for almost 7 months now, and have been forced to leave my family for work. This setup gives me all sorts of time to workout, but unfortunately the gym I joined is closed on Sundays. This leaves me four consecutive days to weight train. I have Mon-Thurs, then I return home where I do not have access to the gym. Fri-Sun I do have access to a treadmill at my house, so I can do cardio. I was sure my gym was open, and was planning on weights Sun-Tues-Thur, or Sun,Mon, Wed, Thurs....but thats out of the question. Can I do a routine based on four consecutive days?
I've been eating clean for three weeks, and been doing weights twice a week since then as well, but I'd like to get more weight time in. I do cardio everyday. So far, I'm down 5lbs
For supplementation, I have a multi stack, whey, and CLA, thats it.
I guess I'm just looking for someone to help me get setup with something that will work around my weird schedule. Thanks alot guys/gals!
