I was just wondering if someone would be able to give me some advice on some of the supplements I should stay away from while on cycle or save for PCT.
Running a Test E 12 week cycle with Tbol starting at week 8 till PCT.

Currently I take:

Creatine Mono
Beta Alanine
ALCAR
Tyrosine
Taurine
Pre Workout Drink - NO2
BCAA
Geranium Extract - CNS Activator
Caffeine
ZMA/GABA for sleep

I was thinking of loosing the creatine since I should cycle off anyways and the caffeine as I heard it is not good while on cycle.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

CoQ10
Hawthorn Berry
Celery seed
Omega3
Creatine Mono

You are not worried about caffeine & tyrosine, is your blood pressure high?

My blood pressure was fine the last time I took it. It is always around the normal ranges.

On Cycle I am going to be taking Hawthorne Berry, Omegas, joint formula etc but I was wondering what not to take out of the above while on AAS.

i would not take Tyrosine and keep caffeine low

why are you taking Taurine?
BCAA would be a waste of money on cycle imo.
why are you taking Geranium Extract ?
and why are you taking caffeine?.. i know what all the products do and am not quite sure why are you taking them?
and what are you looking to accomplish with your cycle?

You're right about the creatine.Id use it post cycle to try and keep my strenght up.As for the caffeine..well..depends how much you use.Are you using it to give you a boost before your workout?

I was hoping to put on approx. 10-15lbs of muscle kept after PCT and what you lose shortly there after. I know it is hard to keep all of your gains after a cycle but I think with my diet in check I can do fairly well.

I was using the caffeine as a boost before the gym if I felt tired thats all. For the rest of the supplements I am taking them for what they state. I am taking Geranium extract as a central nervous system stimulator and the rest of the amino acids are for growth and recovery. I am going to save the creatine for PCT but I use the rest for their supplemental effects? No good????

It is oral turanabol. Chlorodehydrome thyltestosterone.
