Several months ago I was having some major carpel tunnel side effects from running 3.3iu GH/day, and one user recommended taking non-flush(time-release) niacin. I did, and it helped at the time.
After 5 months off GH, I have started up again using the non-flush niacin at 500mg-1000mg daily, combined with a primo,EQ,var cycle, and I have not had ANY carpel sides at all. It really seems that I have avoided these side effects with this simple vitamin supplement. I highly recommend trying it if you are having any carpel tunnel or wrist/finger tingling side effects from your GH.

Is there a history of non flushing niacin having this effect? Or is this your discovery?

I got the info from another member a while back.
Also, from another board: Originally Posted by VanR__

My response:
That is possible. I recall that my first run of GH was 2 months, and I had carpel sides during weeks 2-8 before I stopped due to joint pain. I was off GH for months since then and have just done one month with the niacin and no carpel at all. It's a strong coincidence for me.

Hand swelling is my biggest problem with it, well, not swelling, but pain, especially at night. I have diuretics that I take at night now that seem to help. I don't even know what niacin is... I'll have to do some research. I also noticed it was alot worse while using high doses of EQ, as soon as I stopped EQ, it seemed to be lessened. I figure there is some correlation there, could be coincidence though. The more gh I use, the worse it is, and it gets worse within a week of upping the gh dosage. I only use 2iu's now, I'm going to up the dose to 5 when I start getting ready for my next show, any tricks I can use to keep the hand pain down, I will use!
Hey Drew, you can as much gh as you want big bro! All you gotta do is let me be stronger than you at the gym, K bro!? LOL!
