Favorite bodybuilder physiques of all time?

Not sure if this has been posted before but just wanna see what looks people find more aesthetically pleasing. The old 70's type of physique like Frank Zane and Arnold or the more recent bigger pros of today like Coleman and Yates. I'll kickstart this thread with pics two of my favorites Frank Zane and Shawn Ray.

Flex for the win! No huge distended gut , nice lines and nicely proportioned

Arnold, Nubret, Zane, Oliva, Samir Bannout and others with great proportions. Its the big waists that are ruining the aestetics in my opinion. Whatever happened to Weider's ideal proportions he used to expound? He said from the study of greek sculpture he had determined the ideal proportions for a muscular physique. If your arms were bigger, for instance, so had to be your calves for an example, as a certain range of each other.

Haha on AnabolicMinds we had this same discussion and it went on for pages and pages. My argument is always that people tend to give credit to the old school guys for keeping symmetry and small waist lines, but if they had the drugs that current BB today have then they would look absolutely the same. If there was GH then you can bet your ass Arnold would have a distended gut. I don't believe BB at that level could even say no to more mass.

i remember robbie robinson from arnold era was successful right up til early 90s incredible back arms symetry.

I have always been a fan of the bigger freaker guys in the offseason. I remember a pic of Victor Richards and Yates doing a guest pose somewhere and their mass was just unreal. A guy that is thick and looks powerful is the look I like not so much the BB look.
