Ok guys..this is going to completely change the way you eat your tuna.I PROMISE you,you will eat one of these two recipes everyday especialy if your dieting.I have tried all sorts of recipes over the years, and these are the best 2 that i have come up with. The only thing that "some" of you may not like, are some of the spices. Its up to you to alter them to your taste

TUNA BURGERS:

2 cans of tuna
1 whole egg
1tbls of fat free mayo(optional)
1tsp of lemon juice
3tbls of salsa
1cup of oatmeal
spices are optional..but it is good with onion and garlic powder, oregano

Drain tuna and put into a big bowl.Add your egg, lemon juice, salsa and then your low fat mayo(optional).Mix very well and then add in your oatmeal. After make them into patties like you would hamburgers and pan fry them with some canola spray.

I make 3 big patties and eat these with sweet mustard. The mustard gives it it's excellent taste to an already good dish

PS:I make my own ZERO calorie sweet mustard by taking regular mustard and adding "twin sugar" or splenda to it

You have about 720 calories here

TUNA EGG DELIGHT:

Another delicous dish.Ive actually dropped my chicken meal and replaced it with this one.Im following a keto diet and is perfect calories wise and protein wise

1 can of tuna(leave the water in the can)
3eggs
1tsp of lemon juice
3tbls of salsa

Mix all of the above in a container

Now what i like doing is adding alot of "good" spices..the healthiest of them all for antioxident purposes and of course for taste.

I'll add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper, cayenne pepper(i put in lots i love it spicy and its very good for you). Now the spice that REALLY REALLY gives it its taste is...ginger...another healthy spice!!! I put in at least 1/2 tsp if not more and it really gives it a nice taste.cant even taste the tuna anymore

Add the spices to the rest and cook.I use a bit of butter(30cals wise) or you can use some spray.Once ready, put into a dish and add the SWEET MUSTARD which will make it even more delicious. You can also add some Franks hot spice if you like even hotter. If not just eating it like that is perfect. You wont even realize its tuna

If i add 2 omega fish caps to my meal, the whole thing comes out to 400 calories about with the butter.

ENJOY!!

I'm addicted to the classic, drained can of tuna with 1.5 tbsp of mustard. Mmm.

A good one I found that works well for a keto diet is half and avocado mashed up with a tbsp of balsamic vinegar. salt pepper and mix it up with 1-2 cans of tuna its actually really good. Or maybe I'm just starving who knows :p

hmm not sure bro what we can replace it with. What,do you trouble digesting oatmeal?

You can maybe try it with some type of whole wheat cracker and crush it up or something. As for the bread,im really not sure how that would turn up.You can always try and report back here :P:P..hehe

L3,i got this from another site.I guess you can make it with ezikiel bread:

Toast some ezikiel bread, or any wheat bread if u cant get ezikiel on the darkest u can toast it till its almost burnt then when its ready break it into little pieces and mix wit tuna and an egg or 2, you can now make it into burgers nd just put it on the pan or grill...
