1 chicken breast
100g ish of egg noodles
100g sliced mushrooms
onion/garlic (optional)
soy sauce
salt
butter
roasted red peper+dill
1/4 cup sour cream
---------------
I just pulled this out of my ass, so I'll name this Recipe "Awesome"
This recipe can take 30 min or less, once you get used to it.
I don't have a BBQ, so this is stovetop chicken...
PART A -chicken
1) coat chicken breast in dill and roasted red pepper
2) grease a small pan with 1 tablespoon of canola
3) I love onions, so I'll dice up 1/4 onion, and throw it in with
the chicken when its half done (don't want to burn them...)
4) garlic is great here to. I take a small wedge and dice the shit out of it*
5) cook the chicken (I'm assuming you know how to do this so the chicken doesn't taste like dried out ass)
PART B -noodles
1) cook 100g egg noodles, start about 1/2 way through cooking the
chicken breast
2) once done, strain them and set them aside so they can cool down and dry off a bit
PART C -the fun part
start the same time as the noodles
1) throw in 2-3 tablespoons of butter/marg into a pan, along with 100g sliced mushrooms, and liberal amounts of soy sauce (to taste. I use something like 2-3 table spoons), and a dash of salt (I use Our Compliments low sodium soy sauce, because its awesome)
2) cook that shit on medium, medium-low for about 5 min. This will the give mushrooms time to soak things up
3) throw it on to high until the soy sauce starts to get pretty dark, almost burnt looking. This is to boil off a good part of the liquid. When you are done, the liquid in the pan should be thin and frothy.
4) okay. Take it off the burner and throw in the 1/4 cup of sour cream, stirring it in real good.
FINALE
With everything off the burner, and the noodles sitting for a bit to dry off a little, toss the noodles onto a plate and throw that mushroom mixture onto them, and slide the chicken on over. I dip the chicken in the sauce, as its awesome.
Obviously, this recipe is easy enough to use for batch cooking, though I wouldn't let it sit in a fridge too long as I think the mushrooms would turn to ass. Also, you could sub the chicken for a pork chop if you want (though there's already enough fat here) without ruining the general idea ( a steak would be a bad choice).
I'd love someone to try this and give me some feedback. Hopefully this instructions aren't too crap to follow.

a neat little trick I haven't tried with this, is to cut the garlic up, and then poke small holes into the chicken and jam them in. the chicken should soak the flavor up nicely as it cooks. Just don't make the holes to big...
