Some update on my B12 experiment.

yesterday I shot 1cc, so 1000mcg, this morning I shot 0.3cc, so 333mcg and will continue to do 0.3cc EOD mixed with my regular shot.

I had major mood uplift today, and lower blood pressure than usual.
some itchiness as side effect

appetite was way up today as well, I ate 1 kilo of pasta and 1 kilo of ground beef splitted between my first 3 meal and one pound of mash potato and a 8oz steak for my fourth meal and was still hungry. I am going to an all you can eat crab for dinner!

B-12 injections didn`t do anything for me. I`d be interested in trying the injectable b vitamin supp however.

I had crazy hunger the first 3 weeks, but my blood pressure started to rise for some reason on weeks 4 and i had to lower the dosage.

What the ****? Since it`s legal (non prescription) I`m gonna post the price I saw for injectable b vitamins. It was $61 for 10 ml. Is that a good price? Same price for a bottle of you know what...

Is B12 deficiency a genetic predisposition or a diet issue? While this clearly helps some people it's usually pretty much neutral for most.

From what I've read, B12 is stored in the liver and you have a supply in excess of a year. If you eat tuna and/or liver there's more than enough there to supply your needs.

I use B12 to test new injection sites, more like an experiment as to wether or not I like the site.

The B vitamin complex Neo Bex is brutal expensive! Most online pharmacies sell it without a prescription since it is after all just a vitamin. I called our pharmacist, and although they'll order it in, I think I'll pass for the price!

I was doing sub q with the B. I can`t remember is it was a G or B shot, but I still have a little bruise on my hip/glute from one of those shots.

I do need practice even though I did a 20 weeker. Pinning twice a week is not enough to put you in the loop. I`d need to do this everyday to gain full confidence in what I`m doing. Then getting good at multiple places so I could do a cycle of prop. My previous cycles which I had that "god like" feeling were using prop and would consider that again if I use again. Besides waiting 4-7 weeks for slow stuff like enanthate to kick in seems like a waste of cycle as during that time, you`re already shut down, yet you reap none of the benefits.

Prop is the bee's knees if you can find some that doesn't cripple you. :)

I used to shoot stuff that had guys saying "what, you`re doing 2 cc`s, you`re nuts...." As they`d always be talking about the pain. Never affected me.

How about 100ml`s for $15? That`s right. There`s a place that sells vitamins for horses and that`s what they sell it for. Would you guys inject a vitamin product that`s meant for horses in your body?

They sell injectable glucosamine. Would you use that?

Ritch i tried some for horses and when compared to human grade its definitely not the same.. Its not buffered for human use and it has a nice sting to it.. I forget what the preservative is. I would go for the human grade, you do not need much of it at all. 10ml should last a few months.
