So today I worked out with that girl I met off POF (2nd time hitting the gym together). Anyways, it was my leg day so we worked legs. After doing straight leg deadlifts my lower back was sooo pumped I could hardly stand up haha. Anyways, during hamstring curls I was holding onto the hand grips on the machine so hard that part of my finger were my nail goes in burst open and started bleeding abit probably due to the increased blood pressure and I do bite my nails.

I know it was kind of pointless but I have never had my skin just burst open and start bleeding. I think it is from the increased BP.

You must just have dry skin and that`s why you were bleeding. Happens to my knuckes when I forget to put cream on them.

Nope not dry at all. I do bite my nails, but I literally felt the skin pop open.

How about you just don't turn this board into your personal, pointless, and boring blog? maybe you could take up cooking classes to make you and your man happy instead? or do some hot yoga with the other queens of your town?

I want to try hot yoga. Do you recommend any places to try it?
