Not the prettiest IFBB pro but no one has taken the keys to his hummer yet.
He's planning on doing one show this year and then training for the strongest bodybuilder competition for the rest of the year.

... and um that's nuckin futz.

He's bordering on the strongest powerlifter by body weight. I believe he needs another 23 pounds on his total for all time strongest. Someone correct me if I'm off, I'm typing from memory.

thats jsut asking for an injury in my view. Too dangerous, too pointless. I mean barely 3 reps on an exercise like that is just asking for trouble. He should stick with the 180's for this exercise.

he had another vid when he did the 210's for 9 reps no spot..

Someone needs to tell the other guy he looks like a little elf or something...

...huge t-shirt + tight belt + visor = dude looks like a Zach Morris douche bag wearing a weird skirt...

ps. the short guys legs are so short, and his arms are soo long, his dead requires about half the range of motion mine does.

Nothing impressive about the little guy. I've seen a dude at my gym who is 6ft5 pull 405x20 with ease. Stan is a beast though.
The mos impressive thing about the entire video is ACDC.
