Is Purple K similar to Kre-alkalyn?

I switched from mono to Kre-Alkalyn and experienced a gain in strength with a dramatic loss in weight. I figured it must have been water weight.

What`s a dramatic loss in weight?

I lost about ten pounds, actually eight to be exact, in about a week.
I was almost fearful of having a tapeworm!

You sure you didn`t change your diet or something? Because I have a hard time believing sombody can loose 10 lbs then have their strength go up just from changing creatines. But maybe you`re a high responder...

why not just buy some mono for less, proven track record, hundreds of studies on it

i am taking a blend of CEE & MONO, I bought both bulk and i find i get less stomach discomfort with the blend that pure mono for similar effect.

What you guys think of Bulk CEE?

I don't mind Purple K, I found reactions to it were very different though to be honest. But at 130 caps for $25, id try it. I found I made some decent gains on some of my lifts using this product.

There was no diet change but around that time I did increase my cardio.
I think you are right, Kre-Alkalyn just reacts well with my body.

Never used Purple K, but have used Kre-alkalyn over mono for past yr. No dramatic increase in strength or anything over mono, but I like the convenience of caps, and I find I don't get bloated feeling that mono left me with.
