Sly is one of the people I look up to, I bought his book a while ago and I love his choice of foods for cheat day: pasta, ice cream, pizza, hamburgers, etc... I would do anything to look that good when I reach 62. For all you naysayers, stick a fork in ya, you're done. Sly has an amazing physique and guess what, he does his own stunts in movies, like Harrison Ford. SLY OWNS!
